
The U.S. English Access Microscholarship Program has celebrated one of its own, Ms. Lucy Chinenye Obinegbu, after she was named one of the most actively engaged educators in the Access Community of Practice for September 2025.
Ms. Obinegbu, a teacher in the U.S.-supported program, earned the recognition for her consistent participation in professional learning activities and her dedication to advancing innovative teaching practices.
