The Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Chief Samuel Ogbuku, Ph.D, has extended warm felicitations to Mr. Seyi on the occasion of his 40th birthday, describing him as a dynamic young leader whose commitment to excellence, innovation, and nation-building continues to inspire hope among Nigeria’s youth.
In a goodwill message issued on behalf of the management and staff of the NDDC, Chief Ogbuku joined millions of Nigerians and well-wishers around the world to celebrate Seyi’s remarkable achievements and contributions to national development.
He commended Seyi’s passion for innovation, philanthropy, and youth empowerment, noting that his leadership and humanitarian efforts reflect the progressive ideals of the new Nigeria envisioned under the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR.

The NDDC boss lauded Seyi’s impactful work through the Noella Foundation, which has provided hope for numerous families, created employment opportunities for young people, and extended compassion to the vulnerable in society. He highlighted the foundation’s initiatives in education, social development, maternal and child welfare, and community empowerment as examples of visionary leadership in action.
Chief Ogbuku further acknowledged Seyi’s contributions to youth development and community upliftment across Nigeria, describing him as a model of authentic leadership whose actions speak louder than words.
 “You have shown authentic leadership through action, and your efforts in creating opportunities for young people remain commendable. Your life journey so far reflects courage, discipline, and service as you continue to uplift others through impactful programmes,” he added.
The NDDC MD expressed confidence that Seyi’s influence and dedication will continue to yield positive results for the nation.
