NCDMB Launches Nigerian Content Lecture Series, Lines Up Jonathan, Nwapa, Avuru, VerheijenThe Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) has announced the launch of the Nigerian Content Academy Lecture Series — a strategic knowledge-sharing platform aimed at deepening local content implementation and stimulating innovation in Nigeria’s oil and gas sector.

Organised by the Nigerian Content Academy, a specialised training and capacity development arm of the NCDMB, the weekly lecture series will feature prominent figures from Nigeria’s oil and gas industry, public service, and academia. It is part of the Board’s ongoing efforts to build human capacity and provide thought leadership within the industry.

According to the Director of the Nigerian Content Academy, Dr. Ama Ikuru, the series will span twelve sessions, each focusing on critical themes such as industry sustainability, investment growth, and local participation. He noted that the programme aims to “bring together key stakeholders in the oil and gas industry to review progress, reimagine implementation and shape the issues around delivering the Nigerian Content mandate.”
