Popular Nollywood actress and media personality Regina Daniels has spoken out emotionally about her ongoing separation from her children, offering rare insight into the personal toll of a deeply contentious custody dispute with her estranged husband, Senator Ned Nwoko.
In a strongly worded statement shared publicly, Regina rejected the widespread perception that she is “happy” amid the controversy, stressing that no mother can truly be at peace while separated from her children. According to her, stepping back from the public drama was a deliberate choice aimed at protecting her mental health and shielding her children from further media noise—not a sign of indifference or defeat.
